We are seeking a mission-driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the not-for-profit and association sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed services and software solutions sales within the not-for-profit space. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and helping associations, foundations, and other nonprofit organizations leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, increase member engagement, and optimize fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales process using a consultative selling approach to achieve sales quotas.

- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

- Conduct targeted demonstrations and presentations to educate nonprofits and associations on our solutions.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and product operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Lead contract and pricing negotiations to close deals, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.

- Provide regular updates, projections, and forecasts of sales activities using company reporting tools.

- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of associations, nonprofits, and member-driven organizations.

- Attend industry-related events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our services.

- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our products and services as they relate to the not-for-profit sector.

- Travel up to 20% as required.
Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in managed services/outsourcing or software sales with a proven track record of quota achievement.

- Experience working with nonprofits, professional associations, or member-based organizations is required.

- Strong understanding of fundraising strategies, membership management, donor engagement, and nonprofit operational challenges.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analyze the needs of nonprofit and association clients.

- Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
