UI/UX Designer

EOX Vantage is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces for both internal software and client-facing solutions. This role involves close collaboration with development teams and project stakeholders to design seamless digital experiences that prioritize usability, accessibility, and interaction quality. The position is based at our Cleveland office.

Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability, accessibility, and intuitive interaction.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing, analyzing feedback to guide design decisions and improvements.
    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand solution and user needs and participate in design reviews to grow feedback and iteration skills.
    • Iterate designs based on feedback, test results, and evolving UI/UX best practices.
    • Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products.
    • Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate design standards and user satisfaction

Qualifications

    • Formal education in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field is helpful but not required. We value strong portfolios and demonstrate a passion for user-centered design above all.
    • Demonstrated experience designing intuitive user interfaces — whether through coursework, internships, personal projects, or early professional work.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

    • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as InVision, Wireframe.cc, and Figma.
    • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and front-end concepts (coding is not required, but helpful).
    • Ability to deliver pixel-perfect design assets and documentation for developers.
    • Understanding of accessibility standards and mobile-first design principles.
    • Strong willingness to learn design systems, tools, and team processes is essential.

Experience Level: 0-2 years (including internships and academic projects). Open to recent graduates with strong portfolios and a willingness to learn.

Pay Range and Compensation Package: Commensurate with industry standards.
