Position Overview:
EOX Vantage is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy, vision, and team development. This role is responsible for driving growth, strengthening brand presence, and supporting revenue generation through digital channels, data-driven campaigns, product marketing, and strong people leadership. The Director of Marketing will coach and develop specialists across SEO, Content, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing.

The Director of Marketing will define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer
acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our B2B technology platform. This role leads a high
performing marketing team and works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to
ensure alignment and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Develop and own the comprehensive marketing strategy, including brand positioning, market segmentation, and long-term growth plans.
  • Demand Generation: Oversee digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid media), campaigns, and lead generation efforts to build pipeline and convert users.
  • Product Marketing: Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) for new features/products, develop compelling messaging, create sales enablement content, and understand buyer personas.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on goals and results.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with Sales to develop strategies, with Product on roadmap/messaging, and with Customer Success on retention.
  • Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) to improve spend and strategy.
  • Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Brand & Content: Manage brand identity, oversee content creation (website, thought leadership, case studies), and drive customer engagement. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5-10+ years) in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle and acquisition funnels.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
