Account Executive - Insurance Vertical

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed services and software solutions sales within the insurance industry. This role involves driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base by leveraging our expertise to deliver exceptional value to clients and help them achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities


    • Manage the full sales process using a consultative selling approach to achieve sales quotas.
    • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
    • Conduct targeted demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects on our solutions.
    • Collaborate with pre-sales and product operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Lead contract and pricing negotiations to close deals, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
    • Provide regular updates, projections, and forecasts of sales activities using company reporting tools.
    • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships, tailoring solutions to meet the specific client needs.
    • Attend industry-related events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our services.
    • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our products and services.
    • Travel up to 20% as required.

Qualifications


    • 5+ years of experience in managed services/outsourcing or software sales with a proven track record of quota achievement.
    • Demonstrate ability to think strategically and analyze the needs of our prospects.
    • Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Experience in the insurance industry is required.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
