Customer Success Manager - Insurance

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Insurance Vertical to play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This individual will work closely with EOX Vantage’s Account Management Team to ensure customers maximize the value of our solutions, achieve their business objectives, and continue to grow their partnership with EOX Vantage. The primary focus of this role is to drive account expansion by identifying new opportunities for EOX Vantage offerings, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing insurance clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.

    • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, challenges, and goals to proactively identify opportunities for expanding EOX Vantage solutions within the account.

    • Partner with the Account Management Team to develop and execute strategic account growth plans.

    • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to showcase the value of EOX Vantage solutions and uncover additional needs.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and operations, to align solutions with client objectives.

    • Lead renewal and expansion discussions, ensuring contract extensions and upsell opportunities align with client goals.

    • Support customer onboarding and training efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of EOX Vantage solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and best practices to help clients optimize their operational efficiency using EOX Vantage’s managed services and technology.

    • Monitor key success metrics, customer satisfaction levels, and potential risks, proactively addressing concerns before they become issues

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services in a managed services, software, or technology solutions environment.

    • Experience working within or serving the insurance industry is required.

    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

    • Track record of successfully identifying account growth opportunities and driving revenue expansion.

    • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand insurance workflows, challenges, and digital transformation initiatives.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively across departments.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    • Familiarity with insurance operations, policy administration, claims processing, or underwriting workflows.

    • Experience with CRM tools and customer success management platforms.
