We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and presentation skills along with a documented track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals for a Sales Representative role at EOX Vantage.
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the insurance sector. You will leverage your expertise in managed services and software solutions to deliver exceptional value to our clients and help them achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales process, via a consultative selling approach, with the goal of achieving a sales quota

- Prospect and lead generation to develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities.

- Target and educate prospects via demonstrations and presentations.

- Collaborate with other pre-sales and product operations teams to develop and implement and effective sales strategy

- Lead contact and pricing negotiations to close deals while ensuring seamless transition for new clients

- Use the company reporting tools to provide regular updates, projections and forecasts of sales activities

- Establish and maintain executive level relationships and tailor solutions based on specific needs

- Attend conferences and industry-related events

- Develop and maintain expert product and service knowledge

- Travel up to 20%
Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in managed services/outsourcing or software sales with a proven track record of quota achievement (required)

- Ability to strategically think and analyze the needs of prospects

- Excellent business sense, problem solving and analytical skills

- Insurance industry experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
