Began providing AI and workflow automation solutions alongside managed services, developing the technology capabilities that would eventually become the Taruvi platform. Expanded delivery operations to Bangalore, India.

Established a strategic partnership with Vertafore — the beginning of a 15+ year relationship that makes EOX Vantage one of the most experienced Vertafore-specialist managed services providers in the insurance industry.
