Position Overview:

EOX Vantage is seeking a motivated, entry-level IT Support professional to own day-to-day internal IT
support (primary responsibility) and assist with basic systems engineering tasks (secondary responsibility).
In this role, you will troubleshoot end-user issues, manage endpoints and user accounts, support IT
operations, and assist with database and application troubleshooting alongside our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Tier 1/2 support for employees via ticketing system, chat, and email. 
  • Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, browsers, VPN, printers, conferencing tools, and productivity apps. 
  • Provision/deprovision users; manage access and groups. 
  • Deploy, and maintain laptops/desktops; upgrades and software distribution. 
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, equipment provisioning/returns, and asset inventory. 
  • Perform routine operational checks (backups, updates, monitoring dashboards). 
  • Coordinate vendor repairs/warranties and maintain IT hardware lifecycle. 
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and user knowledge base. 
  • Participate in occasional on-call support as needed. 
  • Perform basic database activities (run queries, troubleshoot connectivity, data import/export) in MySQL/PostgreSQL. 
  • Document runbooks and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Basic system knowledge 
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. 
  • Knowledge on:
    • Windows/macOS endpoints; basic Linux familiarity 
    • Identity and access management 
    • Basic SQL; familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL
